VAREP is bringing together local restaurant chefs, wineries, and dessert companies to please your palate. The Event will be held at Folsom Community Center on Sunday, November 13, 2016, from 5:30 – 8:30 pm. The evening includes silent auctions featuring the best in creative and exciting travel, dining and entertainment experiences.

Don’t forget to ask about our VIP Reception. Starts at 4:30 for our VIP guests. Seated dinner by surprise local chef paired with the perfect wine choice. But it doesn’t stop there, because you receive three opportunities to win the Pyramid of Wine (72 bottles) and our personal gift of a bottle of Rombauer. After dinner join the festivities of the main event. This premiere fundraising event is all planned and coordinated by our very own VAREP local chapter.

 All proceeds benefit VAREP. Your support will make a big impact for our continued work. It is our mission as a nonprofit to get our veterans into homes. Since 2014, we have managed to provide:

13 Mortgage free homes to deserving heroes.

Remodeled 90 Homes for veterans.

Spent $1.9 million on Home Rehabilitation.

Spent $40,000 in Housing Assistance Grants for closing cost, and adaptive housing construction.

Place 650 Veterans in homes through our program.

Educated 2000 veterans about home ownership.

Helped 1500 families to get back on their feet through VAREP Cares.

Educated 6000 real estate agents and lenders about the VA process so they embrace it instead of attempting to have the veteran not use their VA benefits.

FAQs

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

All guests will need to show eligible U.S. government – issued photo I.D. for alcohol consumption. Please be prepared to show your ID upon arrival to the ticket attendant.

Dietary Concerns?

Although we’d like to make everyone happy and offer a variety of food selection to fit everyone’s palate, we can’t guarantee or know what restaurants plan to serve the day of the event.

Is Food and Drink Included?

Yes, all food and drink is included at the event.

What is the refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable. All sales are final.

Are tickets tax-deductible?

A portion of all tickets are considered tax-deductible to the extent of the law. The fair-market value of each ticket is $25. For example, if you purchase your ticket at $100, ($100 - $25 = $75), $75 may be considered tax-deductible. Please consult with your tax advisor.

Where does the proceeds from this event support?

All proceeds will go to our local VAREP Chapter to continue our work for Veterans.
