Doors will open at 5 pm. Light appetizers will be served from 5-6 pm.

At 6 pm, Screaming Eagle, one of the world's most coveted wines, is being poured as 1 oz. for each guest and dinner is served.

Wine tasting of Cabernets and Champagnes from around the world continues throughout the evening from 6-8 pm. Dessert will be served at 7 pm. Featured wines will be available for sale following the conclusion of the event.

Food Menu

Tomato, smoked salmon, and basil pesto crostini (5-6 pm)

18 hour slow-roasted prime rib au jus (6-7 pm)

Pommes au gratin (6-7 pm)

Roasted seasonal vegetable (6-7 pm)

Cast iron skillet tarte tatin (7 pm)

Rules

Tickets are transferable. Please advise Underground Cellar of any dietary restrictions by emailing support@undergroundcellar.com. Ticket holders are responsible for transportation to and from Underground Cellar HQ in San Francisco, CA. Attendees must be age 21+ due to legal regulations, no exceptions. Alcohol will not be served to persons who appear to be overly intoxicated. Tickets are refundable until ticket sales end. Menu may change slightly due to availability of the freshest seasonal ingredients.
