    Each quarter, Executive Chef Jason Giles and representatvies from a featured wineries collaborate to perfectly pair hand selected varietals alongside five delightful courses during Jacks Restaurant Wine Dinner Series.

    Join us on Friday, October 2nd for a meal careful crafted and paired with five varietals from Miner Family Wines in Napa Valley, CA. 

    First Course

    Diver Scallop Crudo

    Applewood-Smoked Diver Scallop Over an Heirloom Tomato Relish
