The Recource Conservation District (RCD) provides direct assistance to Monterey County farmers and landowners working to protect their soil, water, and natural habitats.   We also partner with agricultural and natural resource protection organizations and agencies throughout the Central Coast to maintain and improve our local waterways and environment.
