This menu highlights some of his favorite flavors of the incredible experience. It is accompanied by an optional Spanish wine flight chosen by Mat’s partner Paco Cifuentes who joined Mat in Spain to visit the Bodegas of La Rioja.
This six-course dinner menu will consist of unique dishes from the ingredient and wine rich region of La Rioja, in the North of Spain.
