    Swirl, sniff, sip.....savor & feast on a 5 course meal prepared by Executive Chef, Carlo Zorloni at Il Fornaio while Dominick takes you on a tasting tour of his award-winning wines.


    A "Sensory Experience & Gastronomic Delight" all for just $59.99 plus tax and tip.

    Crispy soft shell crab on toasted focaccia with watercress, asparagus and frisee; Topped with sweet pepper sauce and roasted garlic

    Medium-bodied with fruit forward flavors and aromas of ripe cherry, raspberry and blackberry, with mild sweet tannins and a slight oaky finish.

    Spring lamb served in puff pastry with sage and rhubarb compote


    2007 Primitivo, Amador County


    Presenting aromas and flavors of ripe black fruit, blackberries, cocoa, plum spice, black licorice, tobacco and red cherries. A sweet entry, well balanced with firm acids and tannins.


    Secondi (Choice of one) Bisonte al Mais Seared bison with sweet corn relish and pepperoncino jus 2007 Barbera, Amador County Medium-bodied, aromas of cherry cola, flavors of toasty oak, supple tannins and high acidity.


    Squalo e Porri


    Thresher shark filet with white béarnaise, melting leeks and red garnet yam hash


    2010 Chardonnay, Santa Cruz Mountains


    Stainless steel fermented and barrel aged in neutral oak barrels, creating a medium-bodied wine with green apple and Bosc pear on the nose. Tropical notes of sweet pineapple and lychee on the palate creates an elegant, crisp and balanced wine.

    Apricot infused semifreddo with thyme sugar cookie and warm strawberry balsamic reduction


    2009 White Cashmere Dolce Vino


    Bright, golden color....smooth creamy mouth feel with layers of toasted almonds and hazelnuts, and a hint of orange zest.
