Vino Locale

Vino Locale has been our dream for many years. The idea of specializing in local wines came about after traveling to the wine regions of Italy and France where, when visiting a certain region, local wines are proudly featured in the wine stores and wine bars. Santa Clara county and the Santa Cruz Mountains have a rich history of producing world class wines, yet finding these wines in stores and restaurants can be a challenge.

The wines we carry are predominantly from Santa Clara County and the Santa Cruz Mountains, with a few from neighboring Alameda and San Mateo. Most of the wines are made from grapes grown on the winery's estate, and most are family owned.

We are strong supporters of Slow Food and our support is reflected in the food and wine that we carry. We carry as many local products as possible, as well as others that are natural and organic.
